stock exhaust

hey guys i have a question about the stock exhaust on my bike. the servo/controller on the top of the airbox is not there and i have a race ecm on my bike and was wondering how this effects my bikes performance if it does even at all. i don't have access to look at the fuel map on my laptop (lack of cable and funds to buy one). my bike seems to have no low end torque by reading other post here but once it gets over 3500 rpm i better have a good grip on the bars.

You're sure you have the stock muffler? Or is it a modified stock muffler?

i looked at my exhaust and it is stock no modifications done to it. sorry no pics troubles with camera.
