STRANDED: NEED HELP! POSSIBLY KICKSTAND

I'm stranded and my bike is acting like the kickstand is down when it's NOT! Help!
I think something might be missing on the kickstand sensor. Here are the pics:

where is it? i looked for some kind of button (that the kickstand would push in when up) but didn't see one

It dosent have a button... just cut the wires and twist them together on the bike harness side. it should get you by

Yep, jump the two wires going to the switch. If that doesn't fix your problem try disable the clutch switch. Those are problems too. Bypassed the same way.

Sorry i left the computer earlier, but yea mine on my 03 firebolt was doing the same thing. I just cut them and then reconnected them with a wire nut, and some electrical tape, took about 5 minutes and has been fine ever since!

Just be sure to always double check to make sure you put the kickstand up when taking off from now on!

wait I thought xbs dont have a sensor on the kickstand.. I can turn my bike with the kick stand down and also put it down without the bike turning off.. its an 06 Ss
