Better to let insurance companies charge more for riders who say up front that they ride without a helmet and deny claims to those who don't "pay" the no helmet premium.
Then individuals decide how much they really want to ride without a helmet.

And actually, not wearing helmets decrease medical costs because crash fatalities cost less to treat. That is also why the government keeps increasing the CAFE requirement. Every time it has been increased, highway crash fatalities have increased too. 35.5mpg is part of the plan to reduce health care spending.

I have a NEXX X30 and dont like it, because of the bad venting.[down]Shield is always obstructed with my breathe.
My new Buell Street Flame is way better!

Just picked up an Icon Variant and like it a lot so far. Tons of vents. Cant wait to paint it and get gold shield.

DrogeN Omen: I also wanted to Nexx X30, the orange color, beautiful helmet - I believe that you have the joy of it, the Buell is cool . Eventually I bought the OSBE Tornado so what is the Extremelow and varnished orange logo and gave Buell XB9 into it a little windy but otherwise ,riding on the street at 150 km that's enough is good and the super Buell. In Bohemia, the X30 is not gathered together :-(

Lost in the text ..... yeah yeah I'm writing a compiler is using Google as English not very good . But mainly it is to know that I bought a helmet which has extremelow and I'm happy with it

fishgutz, I agree with you there. If it doesn't affect my wallet then I say "do what you want". The instant your crash statistics/medical costs start to affect MY premiums due to decreased insurance company profitability is where I say "enforce helmet laws".

i like the OSBE Tornado but if the chin attachment moves at speeds then thats not too appealing...

plus i'm a bit accident prone... so i think i would want a full face helmet.
