Stuck in Gear -Ratchet Arms

Hi guys,
My XB12stt is getting stuck in gear. I took off the primary cover and noticed the top ratchet arm out of place so I flipped it back. It seems to have completely spun around which is strange for the small space in there.
It was then fine for about 2 weeks and it popped back out of place.
The first time it got stuck in 2nd gear, this last time in 5th gear.

Should I just replace the ratchet arms and springs or is this maybe a bigger problem?

correction, it was the lower ratchet arm/ pawl that was flipped around.... spring still attached

I also am having a similar problem, but i don't have the spring at all..

Moretorqueplease did you fix this? you can replace the spring. I did that and still had the problem so I replaced the whole shift shaft. Now its fine.
