This is an older, unsupported version. Around June 2008, the developers decided to stop development on this original version, and by a year later I believe had officially discontinued that software and said that any distribution or hosting of it is prohibited.1. EcmSpy V.1.12.26 is this a current version?
For a 2006 XB9R, the TPS degrees is 5.2 - 5.6, and the idle speed is 1050-1150 RPM at 320° F (160° C). You do need to be connected to the ECM to know the degrees and engine temperature.2. TPS reset procedure reads as follows; Adjust the screw until throttle % drops to zero and a little bit further. Close the throttle with light pressure (some of you snap it?) I didn't because its not in the script functions tab - reset tps - confirm - back to overview wind idle screw to approx 4.6 to 5.1% done.
das geilste ist, dass die alten versionen buggy sind und manchmal scheisse in das eeprom schreiben oder an falsche offsets.
auch egal, ist ja nicht mein ecm.
Those choices on the Serial Port selection screen determine which protocol will be used to attempt communication with the ECM. If communication is successful, then ECMSpy will query the ECM Type, and the ECM Type is what determines the ECM's settings layout (regardless of race or stock). So if ECMSpy is connecting to your ECM, then you made the correct choice and ECMSpy has figured out the rest.What I need to know now is which ECM type is in my 2006 Buell FireBolt XB9R.
The choices for me because it says 'RACE' on the ECM are as follows;
Buell Stock
Buell Pro Series
Factory 'Race' & EBR
Hacked factory 'Race'
Most 'BUEGB231' ECMs were Buell Factory Race.
When you purchase/donate to get the software, you get an eeprom database matching your ECM, which will get rid of that message.I have to sort out how to get it connected given this error, apparently it wants me to do something with this information first.
