Ktm super duke 1290. It's coming to the d & d cycle location near Pensacola FL. I got a quote for 17,000$$. Seems a bit more expensive then I expected it to be. I could buy a 1190 ebr for just a bit more. It is cool looking and suppose to be a torque monster, but seems too much to me. Any other thoughts on it?

I think it looks amazing. I'd really like to pick one up this spring. Can't think of any other bike is rather have.

take a look at the prototype video that came out several months ago, bad ass riding, great video...there's a thread about it, will post if and when I find it

Lots of options at that price yes, but still nothing I'd take over the super duke.

Id love to have that engine in a sportier package. 1300cc's in superbike trim?? I'll take that. And honestly I dont much care for the looks of it. Its awkward. Those specs look nice though... I bet its a blast. That engine has a lot of potential. But for the price... Meh. Id probably go for something else.

Id take the new monster over it. That is a sexy bike. Just got to get rid of that awful exhaust contraption.
