After two weeks at Adamec HD/Buell in Jacksonville FL, they replaced the ECM and then found the main ground to the chassis was slightly loose and had developed a small amount of corrosion. Definately check that...

Tank, thanks for the heads-up. Brandon harley replaced the VR and it hasnt acted up since. If it happens again, then that will be another story!
