I posted earlier about Tekarbon sending a package with $32 postage due after I had already paid $22 for shipping at the time of order. They offered a coupon code for future purchases but I requested a refund and they have honored my request. Communication was very good and it appears to be an honest mistake on their part. Happy with the product and customer service. Will use again.
