Well I ordered some carbon fiber body parts from Tekarbon. Paid $22 for shipping at the time of purchase but the package arrived with postage due of $32. The company's resolution is to send me a coupon code for future purchases. Have asked for cash reimbursement but doubt I will get it. Have no problem with the product but I don't want to take the chance of getting screwed again and therefore cannot recommend ordering from this company.

ANY company that dicks around with freight charges and/or hammers customers with "postage due" BS need to be called on the carpet about it and black-listed.
You are right. I probably should have refused shipment but thought that would possibly cost me more in the end with all the tricks these companies use to screw customers. There is about a million to one chance they will resolve this to my satisfaction so if they do I will post here.

Send them an email and attach a link to this thread and the other threads I suggest you start up on as many BUELL and other bike related forums you can get your hands on. They may want to clear up any bad customer service issues that are out there if you know what I mean...
