I am probably going to head to Daytona for bike week next weekend don't know if you were planning or interested in going let me know .

planning on going on saturday. Went over yesterday, but didn't get to the track. Was rainy and miserable. It's supposed to be better next weekend tho

Yeah I was going to head over today but the weather was nasty . I talk to some people over there today and said it wasn't bad but still would of had to drive thru crap to get there[down] . I just found out the other day I have a wedding to go to saturday (wifes cousin) so my plans have been altered again . In going to ride over friday after work for a while then sunday morning . The international motorcycle show is at the ocean center next week I'm pretty sure . I wanna check that out too.[up]

A1A . Take international speedway all the way down turn left on a1a and it's down around a mile on left . Kind of hard to miss if your looking for it especially the way traffic will be moving . Give or take a few on the distance .

this seems to be nothing more than a "look at me" posting. at face value you appear to be asking for board member opinions on pulling the trigger for this ducati deal. then you mention that money is not an issue as in "money's no problem" and repeatedly keep posting justifications for your possible imminent purchase. let me tell you something about Ducati and Ducati dealerships, of which we were once one. they are an incredibly difficult company to deal with, parts availability and pricing is a continuing nightmare for dealerships dating back to the late 80's, and the average desmo ducati needs an inordinately high amount of maintenance for what it is being a liquid cooled 90 degree V-twin. we dropped the franchise 7 years ago and was best business decision ever. but don't believe me. ask craig bear who owns B&B yamaha/ktm here in lancaster county, PA or Rick Rizzon from Rizzon suzuki in middlesex, NJ. we were all once ducati dealers and elated to this day that we got out from under the italian curse.

Thank you for your input Lunatic. I am glad to hear you got out of your bad situation. I wish you all the best in the future

very classy Bullxb12r. and congrats on your new purchase. Been racking up the miles on her? what's your latest thoughts?

/\/\/\ for sure;)

As for the bike I'm glad u like it. Its always hard to make a brand leap. I'm strongly considering a BMW if my uly continues to be a turd. I cant say i prefer ur duc's style compaired to other power cruisers but to each there own(not many people like the looks of my bike either but i love it)

She's just about ready for the break-in service. No complaints yet. The noise from the motor is way different than I'm used to. Got the service scheduled for thursday then I can actually play a bit.

I quite like the Ducati Multi Strada, have heard nothing but raves about it. My first "New" bike was my 916 Duc and I loved it. I knew what I was getting into and paid cash for it and while the valve adjustments and service was costly I have never regretted it.

Tom is this your Buell that you traded in ?CL_Ad

I was just searching CL and saw this ad . When I saw the parting out possibly I looked at the pipe and that is what first made me think of your bike then the frame grip and I also remember you talking about getting another seat after the last sugarloaf mt. ride .

Just curious

That's something else . It hasn't even been long since you traded her in .
How many miles where on here when you traded her in ?
