Throttle cables

The adjuster on the grip end broke off as the physics law still stands that only one thing can occupy a given space at any one time. St Paul has all the cables except 03-07 XBR. Did i miss something? Are these no longer available? It would figure I find out after I break it.

Both my cables was worn so i bought wire from a bicycle store in same dimension as stock 1,2mm. One end already had a nipple in correct dimension so i bought a screw nipple and filled with solder in combination with the screw. Worked fine and costed about 7$. Just another solution that might work.
