Well I had some tires go low in my bike..so I put on new ones. I don't want to patch on the sport bikes...makes me too nervous! We're doing construction on our house and some little nails got left in our drive.

I have a Continental rear tire that's got a straight line riding mark and a Dunlop rear tire that's almost new. It was a big bummer.

The Continental is on the left, Dunlop in middle, and the one on the right is my new tire (not for sale!) :D

Would anyone want these? Also will they sell for anything? The guy at the shop told me to do burn outs with them...I'd rather trade for random XB parts.....

Pull the nail(s) and run a tube. I've done that for the life of one of my rear tires because I picked up a large nail two weeks after putting on new tires. Never had any issues and put on a lot of miles. All it does is change what's actually holding the air.

Just my .02

Yes both are 180/55z/17

The Continental was actually great, a softer tire..so wore out faster. Its the sport attack. But the new one on the right is a Continental again. ($119 new) can't beat that. I ride straight mostly..it's Iowa. So tired don't make a huge difference to me. Obviously the Dunlop was great, but sometimes price takes priority.

Woah Silverado, can I really run a tube? That Dunlop is like new, it was spendy too! That would be awesome, specially if no ones interested..or wants to trade

That's what I did when I had my Pirelli Angel's. They weren't cheap tires either. I only had them two weeks and wasn't too thrilled with buying a new tire. The shop that put them on for me was really good about it, and the tech that put them on is an HD/Buell Cert. and owned an XB. I took his advice based on his experience and never had an issue.

Hmm, nice. Yeah I'm open to trades on em if anyone's interested...pegs..turn signals...a seat..bag..handguards....

Took the Dunlop off and the hole is very small, a pull through patch and it would be fine for quite a while...! Would trade for turn signals..or pegs or head light grille or ???

Tires still available..will trade for anything. The Dunlop is in good shape..just run a tube. Let me know.

Man you can patch the tires and run them no problem... These bikes don't run fast enough to tear these tires apart... I've ran patched tires before and had no problems...

Bought new tires..their gunna go. People are braver then me lol a tube would be fine but I don't wanna patch em. They'll make great cheapo tire (s) for someone!

Hahaha well I honestly don't blame ya man... I'd never say somebody was wrong for going the safer route...

I don't really have any desirable parts to speak of... Just a set of older pulleys, an idler arm, and a scoop that has a few scratches on it... But if nobody claims them after a while I'd pay shipping on them just for you to get rid of them and for me to have some backups...

Sounds good..I'll give it a lil while their just sittin anyways

I'd trade for about anything *Buell
