Track Days???

Anybody gonna do any this year? I'm looking to hit MSRH 8-10 times depending on how the season goes. It's an amazingly fun track with some nice sections and the perfect size for the bolt. Might try to hit H2R this year as well to enjoy the elevation changes. Hopefully will get some pics or vid to share with y'all.

If you've never done a trackday I highly recommend it, the knowledge you will gain in one day will exceed anything you've learned on the street.

I will be going to TWS on Feb 18. It will be my first Ridesmart event. I have been to H2R and man that is a nice little track with everything in it. Especially that drop on the clockwise rotation.

@Buell05 you signed up for anything or the membership at Elite Trackdays at H2R?

Never actually made it to H2R, had a day paid for last year and ended up having to work so gave it to my friend. Ridesmart is a good group and who I got started with. What level and bike are you riding on the 18th? We might cruise out there in the afternooon after our Fayeteville ride.

@EmptyChambers: Ill be taking the Buell. Got the suspension rebuilt and setup so Im gonna give her a shot. I know the CR might not have the top end for the long straight but she should do fine coming out of the corners. I have a set of Q2 that worked awesome on the street so I can imagine on the track.

@Buell05: I rode H2R and it was a fun little track. I know a couple of the trainers as they are from here in San Antonio so hope to get with them over there.

Hope I can make it to H2R, was looking for the MC TD schedule and it appears that you now have to be a member to ride there?

As for the Q2's I switched from the BT16's to Q2's on my ZX10R and loved them at the track. That was running a fast level one pace. Don't know how they would hold up in advanced or expert class.

I will be running CRA in Brainerd Minnesota all season with a full race built 03 XB9R that is now 1170cc and a 138whp should be fun.

I'm riding with Fastline on the 18th @ MSRH and some friends are trying to talk me into riding on the 3rd with Ridesmart. Also doing a parade lap ride to GSS on the 4th, hit me up if you're interested.

Well they did it and I'll be at MSRH tomorrow, if any of you Houston area guys get out stop by and say hi. Ridesmart puts on a class act and MSRH has a great spectator area as well as open pit you can walk around.
