Tron wheel lights

I've searched the forum up and down and cant seem to find the thread for the wheel lights that look like a Tron Lightcycle. Can anybody point me in the right direction??

Im finished, i only did the rear wheel for now. Havnt had it out on the road yet but when i turn the leds on the glow tape instantly turns bright green, so im assuming all is good

Its like 20degrees out so i havnt rode it. Its supposed to be 50 tuesday so ill take it out that night
