Kit will use an Aerocharger. Had one on a ZX-11 one time and.....instant boost. Zero lag-unbelievable response. Self contained lube system, so no plumbing into the engine required.

i could only imagine what the xb would be like with a turbo. the bike is so fun as it is (i never owned an inline 4 jap bike and only would if i had my buell perfect and just wanted another toy. it would be the last to get and the first to go my buell im going to be buried with it). more power would just give it more track potential and more power to play with : [up][up][up][up][up]:D:D:D

I just don't see the point. You'd hit the 7500 rpm limit so fast that unless you changed the gearing for more top end... Why?

keep in mind any FI (supercharger/turbo)=greatly increased internal pressures which = greatly increased engine temperatures. Our air cooled motors are barely hanging on as is. Any FI is going to be short lived as they have no way of shedding the extreme heat or handling the combustion pressures for long.

Lets face it, we knew we were buying a bike with 17th century technology (pushrod twin), get a watercooled bike if you need more power.
