Turn signal is "buzzing" ??

Hey guys, so when I go to turn on my turn signal there is no blinking but the flasher relay is "buzzing" and the turn signals are lit but don't blink? It's not the flasher unit I've swapped it out with a new one and it still does the same thing, anyone else have this problem?

If you have led signals with stock flasher unit thats why, change it to an led flasher, any auto store has it

if its not an led, it could be that you have a blown bulb.

If they are leds I believe the flasher is a ep 36 and it must say for leds 3 to 6 lamps .
