Uly rear shock preload knob has no restance when turning it in?

for the first 2 turns it has no resistance and then you feel it applying some pressure to the system. Look like it hydraulically operated. Has anybody ever recharge these on a uly. this is the first year I have notice it doing this.

I have to max mine out when my old lady and I ride together and back it off when solo it turns about 3 rotations before I get anything then feels snug to max and to get it serviced take it off and take it to a motocross dealer (NOT HARLEY) they can help you more they should have a tech or know someone who will work on suspension for you unfortunitly my suspension guy passed away not to long ago in a flat tracking accident [sad] keep it sideways[sad]

perfectly normal i say. both my 2007 uly and cityX have the same knob feel to them.

sounds normal to me i put mine right as the resistance starts [cool]
