If somebody could please point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it! I don't know where everybody is getting their aftermarket stuff for these bad boys...

I used some lead shot in baggies and slid them up inside the bars then retro-rocket bar ends. The lead greatly dampens the vibes.

Vibration...?

When tuned correctly, these engines are "almost" as smooth as an I-4 (offshore engine)...tuned correctly..! That's why Rotax put a bunch of extra balance shafts in the engine...to make it smooth.

My CR is very smooth at most all freeway cruising speeds. It gets a little vibration in the bars just over 90mph...but in So. Cal., it's pretty difficult to cruise that fast for more than about 30 yards...!

Around town, pretty much the same.

It took me a while to get it tuned this way, but in all but a few small locations, the driveability is pretty nice...finally.

Yeah the CR is smooth, but the rest of the Buell lineup is rough. My XB9SX has a little vibration, but my wife's Blast has a ton of vibration.

I had Randy @ knight-designs "slot" a set of his bar-ends to accept my Buell hand-guards.. they came out beautiful and REALLY helped damp the vibes.. there is also a product called a "bar-snake" out there that is supposed to do wonders.. Me.. I like a few vibes at low rpm to remind me I'm on a 1203cc BEAST!

Understand the XB are a full of vibration, I have an XB12S (and actually a 12R also).
And the Harley engines thump more thAn they vibrate. Or actually a low frequency vibration.

BUT...this is a 1125CR forum...!
