No I can't because I have used the 3 in 1 oil many times to because it was the only thing I had around so you can go first buddy.
 
What you need is the aforementioned oil but use an old syringe with a needle on it! seriously it just fits in the gap between the inner and outer cable! and no i dont do drugs before you ask! my sister is diabetic! lol
 
LMFAO, I can't call you a name either John as I'm getting old myself and my grandfather would probably Ronald Reagan bitch slip my ass if I did if he was still alive......he used 3in1 oil on everything and every time my car was broke on the side of the road I was always told by him to check my battery cables first. Maybe someone else will chime in and call you something cool like a crusty old bastard!!!!!

I used Hoppe's No. 9 synthetic blend Lube.jpg
Took my time and was patient like you said Lunatic, the oil slowly seeped its way in. I gently pulled the throttle wires in an out of the tube to work the oil in. I must say, the results are satisfactory.
