On a bright note, Frito-lay in Lynchburg is hiring three maintenance techs and nine or so material handlers. I made a post yesterday on the economy thread but I thought it deserves it's own post.

This past June we hired 3 mechanics, only 2 made through their 90 day probationary period. I think there was 9 or 10 in the final round of interviews, all but 3 either didn't pass the drug test or background check(had a criminal record). We are hoping opening it up nation wide will give us a better ratio of qualified candidates. Razman
