Cherry is looking at bigger bikes the Blast just didn't have enough get up and go to pass down south.
We road nearly 3k in miles over our 2 weeks around nc.
I was impressed how well the blast did there where a few times she out rolled me in the curves on my 1125r.

Why not stick with a Buell. There are some decent priced XB9's for sale on here. And if she was pulling you in the corners on a Blast, she might just eat your lunch on a XB. LOL

FZ6R are nice bikes, I ride a friends FZ1 once in a while and it's a great bike.

You can't win them all...

How tall are you? When I was looking for my xb9s I ended up finding a 9sl. I'm still looking for a normal length suspension but really I don't mind the lowered suspension at all. I've come to like it a bit, but it kinda hinders my wheelies a little bit, which is the only reason it's gotta go. I'm 5'8 if it helps for comparison.

i am 6'3" and had a chance to swap to a low but the fork travel is so much less.
power wheelies on a 9 if 4500 rpm off the throttle and back on works pretty well in first anything else you have to clutch it.
mines an sx with a bolt tail i love the bike but every time i ride my 1125gets the call the power is so dam much more
