Well no more side mount plate for me.

[mad]Well got home last night and low and behold my rear axle sliders and vertical license plate bracket and license plate were gone.

Some lame ass stole it all. I know it couldnt have fallen off because I ended up using a set screw in the swingarm to keep it from turning down on me, and it was goudged up. Think they used some pliers to get that loose then just unscrewed my axle sliders by hand.

My front axle sliders are still on but I tried to take them off to see how tight they were last night and couldnt move them with my bare hands. I ended up using mechanics gloves they gave me more grip. probably wehy they didnt take those too.

Hoping the tool guy at my shop is up to making me another rear set but either way I am out all that stuff.

Yeah so I have to go to the DMV and order a new plate since mine was custom (MYXBR). I hate driving with a paper plate it looks so dumb.

But after I get my new plate I am just going to mount it back in the stock, well chopped location.

That sucks! Well I know those sliders were custom, so I'll look out for them.

I mounted the CF bike looks great. havent decided if i want to do the scowl or leave it with the taller front. i'll have to see how it looks when i add the new signals and ****.

maybe it vibrated off,,,i had 2 that did that. 1st the cheap ass sheet metal, then the tabs on the steel. use loctite and xtra tork with washers.
