Went drag racing

Had a great time last night at the drags!

Local charity event held to raise money for a local rider who was killed a few months ago's daughter.

I don't have my time slips with me here at work but I prob did close to 15 runs total.. ended up red lighting on round 3 of eliminations... Had a fun time and supported a good cause!

Best et was a 10.65X
Bent MPH was a 131.XX
Best 60 ft was a 1.7X

get any videos or pics of your track day? did you do anything to your bike like strap the front.

If I am correct you were there first bike of the night in the far lane, if so your first past was flat out hauling ass. I just had to chuckle. And then I think it was the 4th pass you kept your front tire about a foot off the ground all the way thru the 60 to 70 ft. mark, looked good. There were deff. some fast fing bikes out there...

Yep that was me... The front end was really hard to keep down thru first and second! There was a photo guy out there and I saw a couple pics of me leaving the line on his site. I'll try to post them.

I didn't do anything to the bike for the drags, no straps, no tire pressure adjustment...

Just rode it out there, raced it and rode it back!

lttlbox, I saw 2 xb's out there but neither raced.. were you on the white one or the amber one?

I was there with my yellow Firebolt, parked with all the other bikes. I saw your white one, lttlbox; but there was another one parked up by the Freightliner Classic.

Ya, I'm bummed but I'm gonna have to sell it, the ride angle is killing my wrist I have tried several things to help it but just not working, with in 15-20 min my hand half way up My wrist is numb. Tried all but cruse control set up! And I want another sumo! But ya was a fun night watching you guys run like that, are they going to do ( Quest for the vest) yearly or sooner?
