No adhesion issues, the other guy bought the thinner grips, plus I heated the areas really good before I put them on. Instructions says install around 80 degrees F. I think that was his problem

How did you heat?

My wife's hair dryer, lol. Worked pretty damn good, had to heat the tank for a while because its so damn cold in the man cave.

I wanted to do a breather re-route but didn't get around to it. I did however manage to polish up the plastics a little bit and I removed the ''American Motorcycles'' decal.

^^^whats up with the tennis ball forerunner?

Well back to the post.

Last Friday had some new rubber put on. Dunlop Q2.
Today changed primary oil using Mobil 1 20/50. Looks like it had never been changed before. Bike has 6000 miles. Made a hell of a difference!
Also adjusted the clutch which feels better too.[cool]

LOL! You got me guys! That's so embarrassing, I should have removed those for the photo.

Tennis ball = tired of barking my GD shins when walking by.

Also to help prevent scratches to other vehicles when I park the bikes between them:

Took her out of the depths of the man cave now that the weather is clearing up, well somewhat, here in Marysville, Ca. Been 3 months since I rode her but she still rides sweeeeeet.

It'll be another week or so until I'll be able to ride mine - things just keep popping up. On the other hand, my wideband will be here today :D I'll post up a review/install thread when I get around to actually installing it.

I finally got around to doing the breather re-route today, although I need to clean up the install a little. Hose clamps and white plastic t-fitting look a little ghetto right now. I forgot to take pics...

I got my Hawk in the mail and my KN filter. Installed my exhaust and air filter today.
