Wrapped some stuff in vinyl, carbon and grey and did some led mods. one led in each air scoop, one ring above the shock and installing the red angel eyes as we speak. Cleaning stuff as I take it apart.

I dunno. People get weird about giving out the VIN# when they're selling something too but it's plainly visible on every vehicle?

As the buyer I need that to check registration fee's, but they're like no way man! You can hack my personal info! Hahaha, ok....

They just want to show you there hands , that simple, I have even seen Barney Rubble feet in bike pics, Ha , Ha.

Nice work, why do people cover there license plates when talking pictures ?

There are many reasons to limit your license plate number exposure but may not apply here. Apparently a lot of information is easily accessible using pay websites to stalk anyone with just an auto license number. That one sounds like a female issue but the stories of local criminals fabricating YOUR license plate without stealing it because they have a similar vehicle and then using THEIR car to commit crimes sucks. I think I saw a video on this where a biker pulled this stunt leading the police on chases for fun all over town on several occasions and escaped. Then some poor guy who had the same bike in the same vicinity gets his door knocked down. Fortunately his bike was out of commission and had dusted over in the garage and police backed off.

I don't think someone will use Buell for stunts or police chaise, too risky for such unreliable motorcycle. But you can easily change plastic on Buell to change color, so Buell has some capability for criminal activity.

Ha ha! you got me. Here's the twist if ne'er-do-well's don't clone your plate for a similar vehicle they can steal a similar vehicle to YOURS and then swap the stolen vehicles plate with YOUR plates in a parking lot. You get pulled over someday for a stolen car because you know your license plate number by heart right  And they never have any reason to pull over the thief because he's cruising on your tags in a car that matches the plates LOL.

Thanks fellas
I hate the thought of throwing helmets away or just having them collect dust. I'm also big on repurposing stuff. I'll keep this updated as the project progresses

I like it Carlos, is that what's left of the helmet laying on that vinyl fence? Don't forget about metal prep plastic to smooth that puppy out.

Yeah, that's the other half. I'm making two fly screen per old helmet.
I try to use as little finishing bondo or metal set as possible by skim coating with thin layers of fiberglass and resin.
Like I said, I'll keep you guys posted as my recycle/repurpose project progresses.

Appreciate the encouragement. You guys are great!

I'm also planning on duplicating xbs flyscreens in fiberglass. Updates will be coming....

Carlos, get long thin pieces of sandpaper, about two inches wide and about 20 inches long and strap sand that, it will help you keep the radius as opposed to even soft blocking it as you will get flat spots. Sand on and post pics of progress brother.
