What did you do for your Buell today?

I made French toast!

Got my new tires

Finished painting the frame from the dent repair

Took rims and plastics off

Washed rims

Cleaned and polished new plastics, and changed decals

And once I get back from this underway trip I'll get the new tires mounted and change the bearings, along with adding the black rim stripes I ordered! I also need to put the yellow and black grips I have on it with my new blinkers. I still need to find a reasonably set of priced levers in black to go with it all, and order some sliders from 50dro once I save some $ for them.

i always wanted to post in this tread...
today i finally got my clean title frame so i spent a couple of hours drinking and about 45 minutes of wrenching.

tomorrow afternoon ill put my nose to the grind stone and finish it.

God I love Texas.  Riding season never ends if you know how to layer.

Snow and ice on the forecast for Monday in Dallas! But will probably be in the 70's the next day! Gotta love TX weather!

05 soft tail springer... And you got to love Cali because you can ride year round and if your bike is down you buy another one to ride so you don't go through withdraws, while your working on the other.

I spent the bulk of the day cutting all-thread, polishing, assembling and packing sliders for you all! Gotta get ready for the Spring riding season for all you guys that have hibernating Buells like I do right now.

I ordered a Shorai battery and Brembo caliper for the hidden rear brake mod. Waiting on my 1190rs tail to get here so I can start my tail section build.........
If only I could settle on what brake lights I want......

Moved it, put some carpet down, then put it back about where it sat, but 2 feet to the left in my garage.

Got my Shoyomoto airbox cover back from paint today (guy who paints aircraft at my father in laws airport did it in exchange for tattoo work from my wife ), and going to think about installing that and the matching flyscreen in the next few days.

i also did the upper and lower triples,shift lever,brake lever

Turned down another axle slider on the lathe. One more to go then I'll anodize them and presto-chango they're done!
