Got the forks back this afternoon - 108 after taxes - not bad at all. Hopefully they'll be back tonight along with the painted primary and then new oil in both (going with amsoil this time).

MAYBE I'll be able to ride it tomorrow, but I guess Saturday or Sunday'll have to do. Depends on what they want me to bring in to work.

Pick up a new one of these, mine is probably still ok but I figured may as well get a new one.

I actually didnt know I could clean them, according to the box clean every 50,000 miles, and a they have a 1,000,000 mile warranty. Oops, ah well I'll put the new one in anyway when I change the plugs. Oh and I got 2 free K&N decals so its all good.

Put the high bars back on and longer lines total time ~2.75 hours. Also took some pictures of her in the front yard yesterday

Got my forks rebuilt ($125 at a small local shop), New front tire, new front bearings, fluids changed (trying Redline out this time).

All done in time for a rainy weekend... sigh. Maybe I will install my new dash and catch cans(freshly powder coated)and relocate my ignition switch. I would much rather ride her tho!!!

Put a 2CT on the CR's rear. Her first shoe, awww.

(trying Redline out this time).

When Royal Purple started fucking my XB up, Redline brought it back. When you pour it in you can see all the zinc in it. It's good stuff. Have yet to reach an oil change increment on the 1125, but when I do it'll be Redline, or Motul, or maybe Amsoil. I wonder what Rotax suggests.

will be cleaned today and tomorrow we go to Ticochoppers Motoshow in San Jose.[up]
hope to see at least one other Buell....:D

Went to go change the oil, got the the filter and found out the new one I had didnt fit [mad] its the MOBILE-1 M1-101.

Dingo.what time will that be going on?I haven't been to SJ in a while.

I just took the Muller Power Clutch back out of the S3. I tried it for about a week, but I had to pull the lever all the way to the bar to shift.
It does what it is supposed to do, it reduces the effort, but it's not for me.

Tried to do my first wideband datalog, but the f'ing connection timed out after a whopping 7.7 seconds and of course I didn't know it for the 15-20 minute ride! [mad]

On the other hand, the current tune isn't bad at all (watching the afr's on the wideband). Except it's pig rich when WOT. Additionally, Amsoil is officially the shiznit!
