What did you do for your Buell today?

Rode it through the middle of Harley's block party yesterday, watching the eyes following me as I passed through.......some in admiration, some with HD daggers!

Yesterday: went out and beat on it, covered it in bug guts, and the nice road splatter after a short rain shower. guess ill wash it AGAIN! oh well.

Finally chopped off that nasty cheese grater rear end and just got my used crossroad bars in the mail today, going on this weekend.

Did a breather re-route and installed an open airbox kit. I'm going to take off the passenger footpegs tomorrow and then clean her up, go for a ride and take some pictures as long as the weather is compliant.

^^ as seen in the above photos, the sliders have a countersunk feature in the center. The hex screw and its centering collar washer are actually BELOW the outermost surface of the slider. I want to emphasize, the hardware is NOT what would make contact in a mishap - the machine bevelled outermost surface of the slider itself would.

Cleaned up my wiring under the pulley cover and painted my pulley and idler wheel. Gonna run with no cover. Just got to figure out why it won't start now. I got a bad connection somewhere and got no spark

I finally took my headlight apart to see why it looked like some kind of psychedelic kaleidoscope. This is what I found inside, surrounding the bulb.

Weird [confused] LSD for your headlight.
