I don't care if I have to make two different trips up there ... One day I'm gonna see about shaking hands with the man and getting a signature on either/both of mine !! ...

Not the Buell, and it wasn't even me that did it, but my wife scored a nice used triple clicker Penske shock on eBay for $59 for her SV! She mounted it up over the weekend.

New fuel pump, screen, and filter over the weekend. Also put new Renthal handlebars and right side foot peg since someone knocked it over while I was at work and broke the right side foot peg and bent the stock handlebars. While I was at it I put new bar end mirrors on to replace the crappy ones the PO had installed and new grips.

Bought the Buell a netbook + 2GB + SSD for tuning and garage use.

Also picked up a RAM cell phone mount to ease use of ECMDroid, GPS Nav and GPS speedo.

New rims and tires for mine !! ... along with new wheel bearings and an upgrade to the +04 belt setup (freaking finally!!) ....

Relocated the grounding point from the neck to the headlight brace under the fly screen.

Sick and tired of the grounds breaking off there. Now there is less movement on the wires, which will hopefully keep them in tact for longer.

Got them off ebay from whoever was cheapest. :)

They were about 4 times cheaper than buying locally!
Going to hook them up to front auxiliary jack for now.
Want to add switch to handlebar next year.

Beastrider has the same setup and he said he actually had to angle his lights down because of the brightness. :)
