Tessie is looking better all the time.Just finished adjusting the Cr that is still here in the shop. Damn,takes a while! 15,255 a little past but Got other parts for as well.Guys overseas so I got time.Rt bike looks good now,Especially w/ those letters on the frame. [cool]

ok i have the regulator in and it works.
Took 30-40 seconds than slowly climbed to 14 volts.
I need to get some 10 gauge wire.
Biggest i had was 12 so i just made a harness to test it.
pulled the stator and have photos for that aswell.
I will warm anyone trying to pull one lube the harness with some silcone spay.
and the factory silcone in the cover is a motherfer to get loose.
Thanks Jim i got that at homecoming last year.
stator wasn't to bad i knocked a chip off the insulation and there where a couple heat cracks.
So it will get shipped to custome rewing tomorrow.

Pics of the stator removal waiting for it to get back before i DIY.
I sent it to Custom rewind over night(usps flat rate envlope 18.50) he said he should be able to ship it back wensday ups ground hopefully will have it Friday
My stator had i chip i likely done it trying to get it loose from all the Dam shitty silcone. and a couple cracks but was still working.
Don't loose this washer/shim
Few new goodies coming this week From knight design.
But i don't want to spoil the suprise

well Alicia didn't send me any pics of them done just the drawings so i would have to describe it and i am a guy.

For anyone attempting the stator getting the wiring through the loom is a night mare.
I broke the wire i had pulled through took about hour and a half to get it fished back up.
Also found when i went to put the rear plastic on the key cylinder for the trunk hits the new vr connectors.
Will work out another mounting soultion tomorrow

Were the hell are the Knight pics! Hurry I am anxious to see what I could have had. LOL!
Well, looks like my stator is going out. When the fans come on my idle volts at the battery show 11.98 and at 3000 rpm it's only 12.02-12.4. Not good. Called Custom Rewind and got a quote. Going to check everything tomorrow to ensure it's not a connection issue first.
