Where did all the senior members go?

Buellxb Forum

Help Support Buellxb Forum:

I would consider a Senior member not only by posts but time frame of being a member and how much they have educated others too.

Someone can easily become a post whore, and rack up their posts to 1000+ pretty easy. In which they would not have the knowledge or time dedicated to the forum.

Even with myself there is so much I dont know, I learn new things all the time on the forum and I have been a member coming up on 3 years. I would consider myself a Senior member but at the same time I learn new things from new and old members, some with less posts and time I look at as nearly "senior" as myself with their extensive knowledge.

I would have to agree with everything you said Brandon, I am so very thankful for all the info this forum contains and hope to develope the type of comraderie (sic) and relationships that I see many have here.
Many thanks to old and new members!

Senior Members should be listed somewhere so we know who are the "Big Dogs" of the chat.

I am all over this forum like a banshee, and I know who the frequent posters are, but it'd be radical to know who the seniors are so I know not to be too silly with them.

"Respect your elders" - Some Elder

I know that the local forum I use has a chart at the bottom

Most Post
Most Rep
Hottest Threads
Newest Members w/ date

www.assfaultjunkies.com

It would be cool to see

but like Xtremelow said it turns into a contest to see who gets the most posts[down]

Also thanks for all the info from the "Seniors"

You all have helped me alot!!

Much respect [up]

RichP99 - I dig that idea, I probably could do without the "Most Post", but Hottest Thread and New Member updates would be radical.

Awesomely in Phoenix,

I agree with LeFox, our bikes are pretty simple, and once you have a few of the (known issues) straightened out its' smooth sailing from there. I think ALL of the technical issues are pretty well covered in older searchable posts by the senior members so all thats left is social\opinion type posting.
example: when I first joined this forum roughly a year ago it seemed every other post was about ECM Spy or tuning.... now I will go weeks without seeing ECM Spy even mentioned in the first page of recent posts.... Unfortunantly NO NEW BIKES translates into NO NEED FOR NEW TECH INFO...... maybe we will start seeing more radical mod posts pop up like turbo projects or big bore writeups?????

Hey Lefox you are like God. Always listening but only pitching in when needed;)[cool]

Thanks for al your help. you helped me solve all the problems that could have cost me lots!!
