I would consider a Senior member not only by posts but time frame of being a member and how much they have educated others too.
Someone can easily become a post whore, and rack up their posts to 1000+ pretty easy. In which they would not have the knowledge or time dedicated to the forum.
Even with myself there is so much I dont know, I learn new things all the time on the forum and I have been a member coming up on 3 years. I would consider myself a Senior member but at the same time I learn new things from new and old members, some with less posts and time I look at as nearly "senior" as myself with their extensive knowledge.
