Sometimes it seems to me that I am the only crazy member in this forum who does not have a Buell but trying to compensate this bad feeling by at least communicating to Buell owners and looking at the bikes and learning as much as possible about XB's. If I can say so "preparing to be ready to have it".

Am I alone or...

I have a Buell although it is in roughly a 1000 pieces right now and has been for a few months.

I plan to have it up and running as soon as the warm weather hits in the spring, but other than members who may be in my situation I only know of a couple who don't own Buells but at one point they did.[smirk]

I'm waiting on a truck to deliver the bike from SanDiego.
For now I'm still bike curious.

Go get one Sonder, just jump out there and do it.
You'll be glad you did.

my bike took a crap last fall; now i've got it running again. almost a whole year. lol thats when i joined this place too :D lotsa good info and ideas, if u get one stick around here, u'll enjoy it

I have one, but I joined this forum around January or February and didn't get my bike until June. Nothing wrong with doing some research ahead of time. If I was gonna think anything was weird, it would definitely be if you had seen a bike you liked on the street and dropped a couple thousand into one before knowing much about it.

This forum is a great place for questions and opinions. It definitely gave me a much better idea of what I was getting into. There's also plenty of people on here who are still waiting to pick one up. Don't remember who, but I know there's a couple.

I was here before I owned a Buell. I always wanted one but could never afford a new one. I saved about 5k and watched the classifieds, CL, and eBay. Now as soon as I get it back from the dealer I'm going to log some data with ecmspy and tune it better than it is now.

While starting this thread I had NO hope to read any comments on here. And what do we got??? Very Important People in da house[cool]

My "WHY" is too trite. Have no money for it. Love Ukraine because it is my country but hate it due to crazy taxes and custom duties to import a good bike or car [mad] (BuddhaBuell knows what I am talking about).

Sometimes I do wish I could live in United States of America.

So the outcome of this story is the following:
I will keep on enjoying BuellXB.com forum untill I get my Buell XB to share that 'naked happiness' with you Buellers.

Thanks for comments[up]

I was set on buying a Buell unfortunetly, the deal didn't pan out. I like my Ninja but still very much enjoy all the info on this Forum. I just about drool when looking at all the Buell pics, what can I say LOL

Cowgirl, can you say "you LOVE your Ninja?". If not, get a buell. You know you want it!

SonderMann, sorry to hear about your situation...but yes, you are crazy!:D

IRULE, you funny guy.....take a better look at my post....I don't mention the word "love" anywhere in there. Men........LOL

driftingswiftly, "Hi" to you too

I totaled mine in April. Saved up a bunch of money to get another one..and my wife decided it was time to move..from Pennsylvania to Arizona. Needless to say, I now have no money for a bike, and nothing but sunshine every day. [confused]

Definitely doesn't say I love my ninja

Choosing to sell my Buell to finance a dirt bike/toy.
If times were flush: replace my XB12R with an '08 1125R.
Adore XB's chassis & ergonomics (6-ft, 190lb).
Gripe: engine heat (cooling?) & behavior as a commuter, stop & go.
Thankfully, that's how hot-rods run. [up]

I'd love to have a buell but my job as a bagger at the grocery store aint paying enough yet. I hope to move to head bagger in a couple of years but that douche bag i work with is getting it on with the produce manager and ruining my chances of advancing in the corporate world. I guess i'll just keep riding my bad ass huffy! HUFFY ROCKS

Huffy was the sh*t! PhillMcCrakin, why don't you spend a few bucks to get some buell stickers and put it on the huffy...that should do it.

KEEP HOPE ALIVE, brother!

Oh hello...cowgirl (I am just copying driftingswiftly)
