22k here. absolutely NO work done on it. I maintain it very well. When it dies it's time for a big bore so I can run with all my buddies inlines.

we have a buell rider here in aus who has 175000klms or 109000 miles on her firebolt. still going strong.

I don't own a Buell (yet), but I'm glad to see that they are capable of these numbers. I put around 1,000 miles a month on my current bike, and I ride year round (except when road conditions prevent me). Ridden in temps as low as 19F. I don't putting the miles on a bike as long as I know it can handle it.

I have about 5600 miles on my 07 firebolt, partly from having to work a lot after I bought it, then when I retired I had several operations on knee and shoulders, but I am making up for it when the weather is right,by the way while I was working I did not trust the folks I parked with not backing over it.

Bought mine in Aug and have been riding through the winter. I've put 10000 miles on since Aug and now the Buell has about 19000 on her. Should add up quick now that riding season is here since I ride her even more when the weather is nice.

Been a little over a year since my post here. I'm up to 32000 miles now. Had to crack her open at 26000 miles to replace the shift forks other than that all good.

All you guys bragging about 12, 15, 20k miles... Your bikes are still new! I wouldn't consider a sporty (not supersport) bike to be 'high miles' until 50k, and even then only because its rare to see. I can name a handful of Suzuki SV owners off the top of my head that are over 100k miles. And the VStrom forums (which uses the SV v twin) are ripe with 100k mile bikes.

Supersports are a little different because they make soooo much power from such a small motor, but that's been discussed already.

Dang you know people who got SV's up to 100k. They must not ride them too hard. My friend just grenaded his engine because he wheelies here and there and SV's do not like wheelies. When you wheelie you starve the front cylinder of oil and on a group ride his rod went out the bottom of the case. Had about 70k on it.

09 1125R here, 9XXX miles, had the typical stator failure early on but ever since then and running the modified EBR rotor and a rewound stator i've had no major issues.

My last Uly had 25k when I sold it last month. My current Uly has only 5600 miles. She's still a baby.
