5/18 I can't make it. the 25th...hmmm, maybe, but doubtful.

After that, I should be okay though.
So if this gets pushed into June my odds of showing up are greatly increased :)

Years back we did a small BBQ in Azle, one of the guys from BadWeB hosted it, afterwards we went out on his sailboat. Pretty cool! But it was literally like 5 Buellers, haha.

Best one was when the Hooligans (original group) met up at Mototopia and rode out east. I think it was 17 Buells... Most i'd ever seen in one place. We did have 2 guys go down though. But I won't ride like that anymore, to many responsibilities now (Wife, kid, house, career, etc...)

I'm in Rowlett, but willing to travel a bit.
If we do go for a ride afterwards, I'll be the guy at the back of the pack taking it easy :)
 
WOW guys, I wish I was closer. I have a buddy who lives in Irving, but Im down near Brownsville and It would take me 9-10 hours of riding just to get to D/FW. Sorry. TRR
 
Yeah, sorry about that TRR. Sometimes I wish we were all a little closer geographically. I know the Austin area/Hill Country group gets together once a year, but it would be cool to have a Texas Buell Meet at some point in the future.

rah, I remember you telling me about that, both events. Not really planning on a ride for the first meeting, just wanting to get some names, faces and bikes put together. That, and I don't have a boat. :p
I thought about inviting folks over, but since my wife and I just moved in to our new place that probably wouldn't work so well.

Also, found out last night that I'm out for the 18th, so it looks like we may try to shoot for 5/25, maybe bump over into June. Right now I'm just trying to get an idea. Expect a thread for this topic later today, then we can keep the conversation in a dedicated thread.
 
Austin group gets together every October in leakey but the numbers have been dwindling lately down here.
 
Austin group is called the Hellbuellies. We do still get together every week on thurs. at Doc's bar and grill on S. Congress for some grub and social chatter. The group has gotten pretty thin to everyone owning multiple bikes as well. There are a lot of duel sport riders in are group so I'm sure keeping all the projects running will cause a few bikes to get left behind for a while. Which in my case I do a lot of riding on my victory vegas. So my firebolt get's neglected every now and then. We do a few events every year. Jay does a tuber gathering. Not sure on the date he does this but I can ask him if anyone wants that info.Then there is the Harvest Classic End of October in Luckenbach, Tx. We get together during 1st or 2nd weekend of Nov. for Thrills in the Hills. Which is in Leakey, TX.
 
Hellbuellies bike night for Thursday was a good showing.

Just picked up a red 09 CR last week. Live in Granbury, got it from a local N. Texas guy. First Buell I've been on and damn these are fun bikes. Previous owner has already done most of what I planned to do to a stocker. Just needs a few more tweeks to be set up for me.

I think your last meet was in McKinney? That is a pretty good haul for me. If I see something a little more south and the timing works out I'm in.
 
Late to the thread, but Coppell (near DFW airport). Only had my XB12R for 6 weeks but already a huge enthusiast!
