anyone near san antonio with an 1125r???? or familiar with them? have a huge favor to ask. im on a deployment in afghanistan but am looking at an 09 1125r in san anton. i dont wanna buy until i get eyes on it or have someone that knows them look at it...
 
Saw a white firebolt at I45 and 2920 about 7:45 anyone here? I was on my cherrybomb xb9sx
 
Live in Crowley and commute to TCU on my 04XB12S pretty regularly. Either take I-35, Crowley Road, or recently University -> Granbury -> I-20 -> Benbrook -> FM 1187. I don't get out on just-for-the-fun-of-it rides as much as I would like. In two-and-a-half years I have only spotted two other Buells. A black Uly near TCU and a black bolt in Crowley. At least I think it was a bolt I saw in Crowley as I just caught it out of the corner of my eye at a gas station as I was driving by. Keep wanting to join you all for a ride but with three kids at home, a wife who doesn't ride (and is not a good passenger), yard work, and trying to get tenure at TCU the opportunity just doesn't pop up enough. Two more years to tenure and one kid off to college and then hopefully I'll have a little more time. Need to convince my wife I need a Uly so she can ride along and a new EBR to round out the herd. Just have to convince her to lean into curves first. Use to live in Colorado and she would lean out of the curves up in the mountains because she was freaked out by the drop offs. I know, doesn't make sense.
 
Was in North Fort Worth at the Kroger off of I35W and Heritage Trace at lunch today (12:30 ish) and saw a black 1125R in the parking lot... anyone on here?

I've been going back and forth with my company about a transfer to one of our plants in Texas. I want to go and they want me to stay here in Ohio. They know my passion for riding and every time they say stay yesterday I showed them the high temp in Ohio today and the high temp in our McAllen location. LOL. I could ride year round down there. :D Maybe one day I can add my name to this list. Done a lot of work in the Dallas area for one of my previous employers in the late 90's and early 2000's. I'm already a Cowboy's fan. Ohio doesn't have professional football teams. LMFAO.....
 
Texas needs another 1125 owner/rider come on down logix were waiting. And we will try not to hold staying in Ohio for so long against you.

I'm in NW Houston/Cypress with a yellow 2007 XB12R. I want black or red, so I'm looking for new plastics, but until that happens, say hey if you see me!
 
Just bought my 2009 buell xb9r, looking for some fellow buell riders. Hit me up on pm. I also need someone local that knows how to a 2009. The bike has jardine pipe with stock ecu.

What route? If you went thru Amarillo into Albuquerque, that was probably a little boring. If you went I-20/I-10 thru El Paso that might have been a little more scenic. The speed limit is 85 mph out by El Paso for a few hours. :D
 
Are you going to take the wheel off yourself (which i recommend) than any motorcycle shop will do at that point is no different than any other wheel.

Houston superbikes is a good place they deal in all exotics but they are not exactly close to pearland
