Why didn't you get your father to tig it then? The welder or the shop that coated them, or is it paint?.........didn't even clean the splatter off!

My dad is old lol. Yeah that shop is crap. Well here is the complete tear down. I'll have it put back together tomorrow, and will post the final product--sans the o2 sensors that are ordered. I'm not sure I want to replace my rattling fan. They're like $130 brand new. Maybe during this winter tear down I will swap fan and put on the lowering kit. Btw, I didn't want to deal with the middle muffler clamp because my idler pulley is frozen, so I cut it off. Other than that, I had no issues removing the headers or o2 sensor. I already have the new headers bolted on hand tight. The new o2 bung placement looks like it's nuts on. Anyways here is the tear down.

I'm not trying to be a ******* cooter but to me it sounds like you forgot to think logical or think at all before commenting. And, yes, I know I can use ECMSPY but unlike most people who have a 9-5 job that pays peanuts and takes months of saving money to upgrade their inexpensive motorcycle so they have to find ways to save a few bucks by doing everything themselves, I own and operate my own company and rather save time by buying inexpensive bolt on upgrades and use that saved time making real money.....lol.

Yep, and he says his time is more valuable to just buy an ECM rather than flash his. I could talk him through over the phone how to flash his ECM, faster than he could swap an ECM on a Firebolt....

Flashed it already. Thanks though. And I would rather buy an American made bike. So, I am buying a 1125r this winter when I find a good deal. I tried to buy a 1190rx but didn't meet the reserve price on ebay. Offered l like 6k for it.

Update--put the beson exhaust on. Loud AF! Love it though. Definitely need to data log and tune it. Here is a pic of it when I pulled off the highway at a Honda shop to take a piss.
