Xb9r not getting spark nor fuel

Hello everyone. So I went for a ride the other day and the thing was running great... No problems at all.... Shut it down for a brake and wouldn't restart... Trailered it home and started doing some research and investigating. I turn the key on and the engine light comes on and cycles off as it should. But can't hear the fuel pump prime. I also checked and have no spark. Engine cranks over just fine but will not fire(obviously)... I'm thinking it's the camshaft position sensor but I guess am looking for some verification from some much mor knowledgeable people... Thanks for any help

which year?
cps has nothing to do with fuel priming.
check fuses, using an ohmmeter.
check relays.
swap them to find a damaged relay.

2003 and I checked all that. Everything checks out good.

- (1) check [86A]-pin d for power while ignition on, kill switch on.
- if failed, repair harness.
- if passed
--- (2) check [86A]-pin c <-> [10B]-pin 3 for continuity.
--- if failed, repair harness.
--- if passed,
----- (3) run active test on fuel pump.
----- if passed, but not priming, replace ecm.
----- if failed,
------- (4) test fuel pump by grounding [10B]-pin 3 while powered up, as (1)
------- if failed, replace fuel pump

I had a similar issue. In my case it was the ECM. I believe it was caused by a cut in the Voltage Reg wiring.
