That front rotor looks BIG, it will be interesting to see what it looks like with the bike all together.

I have read the rotor is wider to help disipate the heat better. But who knows if that is true. Just read it in a motorcycle article.

You don't need different pads or anything different for the different size rotors, right? I'm sure for a new one soon, not sure while I'll get, but I saw they had the different sizes and I wasn't sure if it mattered.

Powder coat will stay on the pulley, I don't want the lip polished/brushed, I have another pulley that is brand new if I ever decide to sand down te lip.

As far as influence on the bike probably the only person that has offered any influence is Keppi, he has helped me pick through what is just trash and throwing money away to what is best when it cones to the few performance upgrades. Even then I already knew what I wanted and stuck to it the largest change from my original design is the color scheme. I was going to do satin black and a fotina paint on the plastics for an old school military look.

I figured the bike is anything but old school so the contrast to a fotina paint job would look horrible, as I picked the Green I wanted something dark but at the same time a color that reflected military. Boom the dark forest green was perfect [up]

Yeah it really looks good. And the hints of polished aluminum make the color pop. Keppi is definitely a designer to look up to. Detail Detail. Getting custom foot pegs/levers really helps too.

I almost bought the same levers Keppi has but they cost double the price of the ones I have, and I have yet to see anyone with them.

xtreme just wanted to say that bike is sick! cant wait to see it come together. I could see a small amount of carbon fiber too, maybe carbon fiber heal guards? just an opinion. Also now you are going to have to find a "military" style helmet! :D

I think I have the helmet thing covered :D, like RJ said I have a Osbe Tornado, also have an Icon Devil Dog, and my Bell Star C Note goes good as well.

Also some updates, once I got home I took some cleaning stuff to the motor, got that about as good as it will get. Also put on new plugs (NGK), wires, and header gaskets. I also installed all my bearings in the frame and swing arm. Mounted up the keyless gas cap and put the snake skin frame grips on.

extreme, Wow! I haven't been on in about a week and can't believe what I have missed. Just what I have went over real fast, looks great. That is going to look clean. The green over the CF with a little showing will accent great. I can't wait to see it when it's done. Now I have to go back and read everything posted.
