What does powercoating run nowadays? Everytime I try to receive a quote it seems they need me in their face rather than phone or email.

Brake rotor will work just fine, it is an Erik Buell Racing 220mm Rotor.

Powder Coating depends on your shop, I know the guy through a fellow worker so I get a great deal, plus he had my bike parts for over a month. He also waited until he had another batch of Gloss Black to do my parts and sprayed my Green and put it in with another big batch so I didn't have to pay for anything other than labor and materials.

Everything in the picture below cost me $185, then the Green was another $265, the Green had a ton more labor thus the cost difference.

Yup I see it now. Sorry guess I felt a little overwhelmed seeing a BUELL scattered on the floor in top of picking up my jaw and squeezing tongue back in. LOL. I love the comment on pulling chair up and popcorn totally agree 100% let the building commence. Keep us posted.
