Put the bike on stands and take them the wheels. I don't want them taking my Buell apart anyway

Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME I swap tires on rims, I think "Why oh why didn't I just drop them off, have a beer, and pick them up mounted and balanced!?!"

They assume the risk of scratching them too and that alone is worth the small outlay of cash

+1 :up: Recently bought a set of tires from a great local shop. I took them the wheels, they mounted and balanced. I think it was $30 or so per wheel. Definitely worth every penny to me.
