Yoke conversion R to S; where is info using s, not lsl yoke?

Can't find details on a search here....but I've seen it I'm sure.
Is there a thread on this forum detailing what's involved and where to reposition the ignition switch and bracketery etc?

Yes, uk say yoke, which is also known as the top triple tree.
Any idea where the thread is?

Had a good look through, but none specifically focus on the front end triple tree swop from an R to an S, or relocating the ignition?
