So I'm sure all of your wives and g/fs have been talking about these books written for teens. A while ago my g/f made me listen to the first book. It was pretty awesome. I'm super excited about this movie. Thoughts??
 
girl is crazy about the series im going to be a good guy and take her to the movie.. honestly it doesnt sound too bad at all
 
To be honest im already tired of this freaking movie! I love to read all kinds of books but havnt read this set yet.

the movie was filmed here so its constantly been all over the news for awhile and im just kinda sick of it already.
 
Usually,my wife keeps up with these types of books/movies,but I heard about the Hunger games from my nephew when I went to check on my mother to see how she is doing and He was reading the first one while he was at her house,guess I will check it out soon.

going to see it with a girl on tuesday ive known for a long time, im defenitly chairmen/ceo of her friend zone, and not afraid to admit it, even though it pisses me the FUCK off.

dont mean to thread jack, but what do you guys do if given the friend zone title? just stay friends? or never talk to them again?
 
I know my wife and my mom are going tomorrow, with her friend and my sister-in-law. I'm sure I will see it once it come out on dvd, but I'm not going to go to the movies to see it, at least I think I'm not.

I saw the trailer of the movie before I listened to the book (in the car on my way to AZ). When I first saw it, I was completely unimpressed. After I heard the book, I went back and watched the trailer. I GOT SO EXCITED!!

Haha, no she's my g/f and we've lived together for 4 years(been together for 5)

But I'm serious. Girls are crazy and they do judge your value as a male by how hot other girls that you hang out with are. Find a really hot girl to hang out with and the girl #1 will want you more. I used to have a friend that was smokin hot (dumb as a door knob). I'd go out with her and I'd meet girls that I'd never ever ever get by myself.
 
wife drug me out to see the midnight showing. I honestly liked it alot. Im going to read the books now.

i was finally curious enough to google it today to find out what its all about. kind of sounds like the running man with kids instead of criminals.

I actually read the books and they turned out to be really good books, Hopefully the movie does not ruin the books.
