    On my way Down Under

Hi submax, just saw your post. Don't get on this forum much. There's plenty of Buellers down here in Oz - have met many. Sorry I didn't know you were coming out here, coz it's always good to link up with friendly fellow Buellers when the opportunity arises. I'm a bit north of Melbourne. Have...

    EBR ECM alternatives?

How hard is a Buell or EBR ECM to install? About as hard as taking the lid off a bottle of Jack Daniels or replacing a 9 volt battery (if you're a teetotaller).

England vote in or out of Europe overnight tonight!

Tone, brass monkeys everywhere down here mate! The Brexit vote result suggests that the UK ain't got the ever so popular rigged voting machines yet? What a crushing set back for the NWO! haha

England vote in or out of Europe overnight tonight!

News flash from from the southern front... Seems that if the poms can dump the EU, someone from down here's figured out that the Aussies can dump the AU... haha

    Difference between xb and 1125

My two bobs worth... I have an XB12S & an 1125CR. Have also owned an XB12SS (since sold). The ride on the XB12S is easy and much fun at legal speeds, where as the CR comes into its own and shines when crossing the legal speed barriers and climbing higher. The CR is designed for speed. I find...

two more go down this week...

Re knife: Good thought, but carrying a blade while riding, you'd have to be sure that the knife / blade is not able to kill or injure you in the madness of a collision or tumble. Would have to be effectively sheathed I guess for safety.

    Special tools?

Hey dude, I find that I can do most anything with my heckythump and my left hand threaded metric shiftometer. Almost forgot... also very important; cocky's friend, chewy & gaffa. That just about does it all!

How to polish marks from instrument cluster face

Update: This stuff - Meguiar's PlastX - worked really well and very easy to use. Just follow the instructions. I took the best close up shot I could get of the dash face. It shows the odd speck of dust/fluff, get rid one some then others appear. Arggh! Oh well. The small white blotches on the...

    Buell Top Speed :-)

Wow! That's amazing Tone! If I didn't know you be such a fine upstanding honest gentleman, I would almost be tempted to wonder if there may... just may... be a slight bit of brown colouring to that story. ;)

How to polish marks from instrument cluster face

Update. Took a punt and had a shot at this. Used this Meguiar's PlastX with some dry toweling - result is excellent. Put a couple of drops onto the toweling, and applied it over the dash face (clear lens) in a small area only in a swirling motion. When it seemed like that shot had achieved...
