    Sorry it took me so long to get back to you guys. It's actually just the pistons and cylinders I am letting go. I can add some pictures. The pistons are sticking out of the cylinders just enough to get the pins out. Pretty easy swap. You can email me Chevtechhd@gmail

    I am using a mikuni hsr 42 carb. I have a wideband a/f ratio meter on my bike for tuning.

    I have not had it on a dyno. I would guess somewhere around 15hp gain at the rear wheel. Day and night difference from stock. Took nothing away from Street ability. Hard to keep the front tire planted is the only problem if you even consider that a problem.

    Time to take my motor to the next level. I have a 1250 kit, (pistons and cylinders) Less than 3k miles on them. Plus thunderstorm heads that are completely rebuilt with Stage 2 head work done by nrhs performance. Cnc porting, larger valves cut. This bike runs 11.7 @115mph in the quarter mile...

    the tank from the s1 should work as long as it's correct set up, carbed or fuel injected. frame on the rear is different so the tail section won't work.

    Picked this baby up locally for $3,000 only 10,000 miles on it. Pretty happy about this find. I'm almost tempted not to mess with this one.

    I have the 1250 kit from nrhs and stage 2 head work. Bike runs very strong. You also want the cams that came stock in the 98 s1w or a cam with a simular cut. Performance wise I run 11.7 @115 in the quarter mile. Smoke xb's all day long. Call and talk to Dan at nrhs performance.

    should have ran about 11.6 if i wasn't sleeping on the light. That was no Willie bar or air shifter and my first time ever drag racing.
