    I say don't require it by law, but allow insurance to not cover head injuries if you aren't wearing one. You choose to be stupid, you deal with the consequences.

    No dealer I have ever dealt with uses KBB. Most use Black Book (http://www.blackbookusa.com/) or NADA (http://www.nada.com) If the engine has been replaced, you will never get anything better than fair condition value. Doesn't matter how great the engine is.

    poster size pics?

    I've used iPhoto to print hardcover photo books and calendars. They offer poster size prints, too. Last i checked 24x36 was the biggest. The print quality is as good as film prints. My source was just a 12MP point and shoot. If she has a Mac w/ iPhoto, it is worth checking out.
