    Some times a ballast does not like to see the on and off of the ignition during crank. You can add a capacitor to hold the voltage steady during crank. Your connectors should not be getting hot. A loose connection will cause the plug to heat up. Another cause could be that you are pulling to...

    Well got it running. Back fires and stalls, but it runs on both cylinders. Looks like the issue is now with the front cylinder. I hope it's just an intake gasket. I really don't want to pull it all apart again.

    I had one in mine. Worked fine. Only took it out to do the Buell led tail light and added combo signal/parking lights on my swing arm.

    Since my bike is in a million pieces, I figured I would get the exhaust ceramic coated. What would I use to repack it? This is the remnants I found when I disassembled it .
