    Exhaust stud removal tips?

I've seen guys heat them up. And then wipe a parafin candle over the stud. The candle wicks into the threads and acts as a lubricant. But. Glad you got it out

Scg bike with s emblems all over it.

I've got the 03 xb9sl. It's the low model before the scg. And mine is the same way. It came with the badges that had only "S"

    Crossroads clip on style bars

Pictures of the bars would help determine what bars you have. Crossroads and clip ons are two different bars

    xb9s different starter options?

I just recently bought one from rare electrical. It's brand new. Updated. It's not the crinkle coat finish. I haven't installed it. I wrecked my bike 2 days after I ordered it. But. I seems legit.

Yeah I'd hold off on the wheelies. I just flipped mine doing a wheelie! I learned my lesson the hard way!! Nice pics and yeah. That's a damn clean 03!! I've got an 03 and its nowhere near as nice as that. But when I get done fixing it. It'll be a close competition!! :D

i never seen nor heard anything like this

Impersonally would change the intake gaskets, plugs, and wires. Also get a service manual. You can download one from a link on the top of the screen. It'll explain how to do everything. But those are relatively easy things and they aren't expensive. I'd start there. If it doesn't clear the...

First Time Down and Need parts!!

Good luck on parts search man. And thankfully you didn't get hurt! From the sound of it. It was a bad accident. I just got into a wreck with mine also. But I flipped mine. The only injury I got was a fractured elbow. Luckily I was wearing my riding jacket. And helmet of course.

    High HP Replacement for displacement??

If you're interested in turbos. Contact EricZ. He's got a gnarly turboed Buell. He built it himself. But from what I've read. He has built the motor hardcore. Bottom and top ends. Which equals a great bit of money.

    weird noise after belt change

And as I said in my last post. If the pulley has any type of wear on it. Replace it. I think it's coated in carbide. Like the other 2 pulleys. And it'll come with new bearings installed already

    weird noise after belt change

This is the first time I've heard of the belt being directional. I've taken my belt off numerous times. And put it back on. I've never had a problem with the "directional" thing. But are there grooves worn into the tensioner pulley? My original pulley had then and it wore grooves into the belt...

    Custom 12s seat ideas??

Instead of gel. Think about memory foam. I've heard it gives you the feel of gel. Without the monkey butt

Air scoop right side carbon fiber

I was looking at imberger. I think that's how it's spelled. They are in Germany. And from what I can tell the quality is top notch. But so is the price. At least it is in the states.

    OIL LEAK

I used the stock Harley gaskets. They redesigned them to be a little beefier. But other guys use different brands. Can't remember the names.

    OIL LEAK

Rotating the motor down is the hardest part of the job. But it's not bad. It took me about 4 hours to get the motor out of my frame.
