    frame color

    Thanks. I had a guy back into my bike about a month ago, it broke the left side foot peg, clutch lever, shift linkage, and put some scuffs on the swing arm. So, while it was at the shop I had them powder coat the rims, and I had a few extras put on. Including bar ends and axle sliders.

    Revs slow to return to idle

    I see that this post was in March and it is May now. However, Pegasus I would like to know how things turned out for you. If you have gotten the problem fixed, what did you do? I am currently experiencing the same problem, after, a TPS reset. But I have an 03 XB9R. Thanks!

    I have been tracking this thread,as I have put the DCPR8EIX in my 03 XB9R. I checked the NGK website and talked to a tech, and he says this is the plug to run. Will one heat rating difference really make that much of a difference? Will it damage my bike in any way at all? Thanks!

    I ordered the stack from ebay, the one for the 12. but it is bigger on the bottom than mine, and mine has two small allen head bolts that hold it into a brace. the one for the 12 doesn't.

    so i just crossreferenced the harley plug 10R12A on NGK's website and it came back DPR9EA-9, but I look it up my bike on their website and it calls for DCPR8EIX....what gives?

    hey gtp, you are more than likely right about the plugs not being right. they fit except the front was tight as I said before. I don't understand the ddifferences in heat range, so if I can get the idle right, will it hurt to leave them in for a little while? I am really don't want to take that...

    ii went to harley today and the guy had a listen, the noise is just the throttle body sucking in air. I did make sure the plugs where gapped right. i think i just need a TPS reset.
