04 XB2r Died on the Highway Now Won't Start

Hello, I was traveling on my 04 XB12r when it died on me, there was no sputtering or anything, just running then not. After getting stopped I tried to start it again and the starter does not even click. I turned the key off and back on again and I don't hear the fuel pump run and the starter still does not turn over or even click. The battery is connected and the headlight/tail lights/brake lights/turn signals work and the speedo/tach/trip meters/clock all work. Checked all fuses and none are blown. I appreciate everyone's help!

Wow, that could be about anything - Checked fuses & swapped relays around yet?

Could be a simple "Run/Stop" switch issue also. May have worn a wire through where the wire harnasses all go through the "neck" - a common problem area.

Could be the Bank Angle or Kickstand sensors (if you have one) - the Buell Service manuals explain it - available off here (top of the page follow the link)

Im leaning towards the "run/stop" switch going bad as well.

Flipped the run/stop switch a couple times and it started working. Thanks guys!
