The low down:
I bought the bike not running about a month or so ago. It ran with starter fluid so figured it was the fuel system. I replaced the pump and regulator in the tank, added an inline fuel filter, new battery and new ignition switch. The pump works but now it looks like I am not getting spark. I am not going to spend the time or money to go through the harness and figure out what's wrong with it.
The bike has 34,000 miles. The frame, motor and title (clean) all match. Title in hand. It has nice polished wheels, a forcewinder intake and a Vance and Hines exhaust. New battery also. The rear of the bike (rear subframe (polished), seat, tail lights) has been disassembled but I have all of the parts to return it to stock.
Just looking to get what I have into it. Price is $1,500 negotiable. The wheels, exhaust, and intake are worth close to that. Throw in a working 1200cc motor and you could part this out for a song, which is what I will do if it doesn't sell. Bike is located in Seaford, NY.
